La convenzione è riservata agli associati, ai loro familiari e/o conviventi; il premio annuo per ogni assicurato è di <strong>€ 150</strong> (detraibile nella misura del <strong>19%</strong>). L'obiettivo è garantire una <span class="underline">tutela economica e assistenziale in caso di Grave Invalidità Permanente da Malattia</span> e cioè di grado superiore al 59%.
<br /><br />
AXA riconosce all'Assicurato una rendita vitalizia mensile rivalutabile (nella misura dell'1% all'anno) e la liquidazione immediata di un capitale in base alla fascia d'età come indicato nella tabella sottostante.
